Placemaking
Placemaking is not just a floor plan or an attractive building facade, its creating a comfortable environment that is both restful and a stimulating place to live. Its applying the focused understanding that people have to live in these spaces, a basic idea that tends to be sacrificed to building codes, site limitations and construction costs. My skill is developing an overall community lifestyle concept and then making sure it stays on course through branding, product and site execution.
